Sravya holds a PhD in Cancer Biology from the University of Chicago, where her research centered on exploring how immune environments influence responses to immunotherapies in DLBCL, as well as delving into the role of lymphoma cell-intrinsic alterations in shaping these environments. She joined the Melnick lab in September 2023. She now focuses on identifying and targeting clonal precursor cells in DLBCL, along with investigating the impact of chronic viral infection on lymphomagenesis.
In her spare time, Sravya enjoys reading, crocheting, and looking at videos of cute animals on the internet. Her current goal in life is to find the best Indian restaurant in each borough.
